Ensure that 7G Distributing will drive profitable volume growth, market share, and maintain its position among Suppliers as a leading distributor through proper planning and execution management. 


  • Increase volume and distribution by supplier/brand/sku for assigned accounts as established in the 7G Distributing annual plan and as reported in RAS reports.

  • Maintain and/or grow market share for assigned accounts as set forth in the 7G Distributing annual plan as measured in competitive sales reports.

  • Sell new package placements and tap handles as prioritized and directed by monthly sales goal (All 7G brands).

  • Dominate merchandising in all assigned accounts.

  • Maintain the structured sales call frequency for all assigned accounts.

  • Prepare and transmit orders consistent with retail needs and 7G Distributing goals before the stated order cut-off time.

  • Utilize the handheld order entry and account management computer as a selling tool, ensuring all products are reviewed in order to prevent out of stocks and hot shots.

  • Advise and train retailers and their employees in the proper methods of selling, merchandising and pricing products, always putting the needs of the retailer first.

  • Be aware of competitive trends in your market, adjust selling strategies accordingly to ensure 7G is winning in the marketplace.  Communicate competitive trends and intelligence to the Sales Team Leader.

  • Maintain control of retailer inventories to ensure adequate product is available for sale while, minimizing out of stocks.


  • ABU Sales Certification

  • (2) Cross Trainings completed with a Pre-Sales Representative

  • 1-year sales/related on the job experience

  • 2-year degree unless meets experience requirement

  • Computer knowledge that includes Microsoft Windows, Office Suite and Web Based Applications.
