  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner.

  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

  • Assists the VP HR in designing and implementing a Company-wide process of organization development.

The Human Resources Assistant role with provide support to aide in the development of an employee-oriented Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.  This in part will be accomplished by providing administrative support to the Human Resources department that will include, but is not limited to the following:  maintaining and updating a variety of personnel information, ensuring DOT, Safety and OSHA Compliance, as well as overseeing Worker’s Compensation, recruiting, on-boarding, and help with department and or company-wide meetings and programs.
